Four Bean Salad

Ingredients:

 

1 can of each: kidney, green, wax, garbanzo beans

1/3 cup canola oil

1/4 cup white vinegar

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 medium onion

1/2 large green pepper

2 cloves minced garlic



Instructions:

 

Drain all beans. Dice the onion and green pepper and mince the garlic. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours up to overnight for best flavor.
